Alternating Chest Press | Apollon Fitness

Apollon Fitness Alternating Chest Press is a professional chest press machine with selected load, designed for controlled execution of presses and effective upper body training. The construction allows for alternating pressing with the left and right hand, with primary engagement of the pectoralis major muscle, while the triceps and front part of the shoulder are additionally involved during the movement.

The specificity of this chest press is the ability for independent arm movement. Alternating press execution allows the user to focus on each side of the body individually, while the movement can be performed controlled through the designed path of the levers. This principle of operation provides additional versatility compared to classic Chest Press machines where both hands usually move simultaneously.

Inclined backrest and stable seat provide firm body support during exercise. The user's position relative to the handles allows for efficient force transfer during the press, while the backrest helps maintain trunk stability and correct posture during the set.

Ergonomically positioned handles allow for a natural grip and movement control. Independent levers are particularly useful for the even development of the left and right sides of the pectoral musculature, as they allow each arm to participate in the movement through its own path.

The machine uses a weight selection system with weight stacks, which allows for quick and easy load adjustment for different users and fitness levels. This system is especially practical in commercial gyms, where users often alternate and quick weight adjustment between sets is necessary.

Robust metal construction, stable base, quality upholstered supports and a sturdy lever system provide the reliability needed for intensive daily use. The combination of selected load, independent arm movement and stable user position makes this machine a functional choice for a professional chest training zone.

Apollon Fitness Alternating Chest Press is intended for professional and commercial gyms, fitness centers, hotel gyms and other professional training facilities that require high-quality, stable and durable fitness equipment for daily use.
