Sprava za grudi – Pec Fly / Pec Deck | Apollon Fitness

APOLLON Pec Fly from the professional PRO series by the Apollon Fitness brand is a high-quality chest machine designed for controlled fly movements and targeted isolation of the pectoral muscles. This type of equipment is referred to as Pec Fly, Chest Fly, and Pec Deck, with Pec Fly / Chest Fly being the most precise name for the model with handles shown here. It primarily engages the pectoralis major muscle, while also involving the front deltoids during the movement.

The movement is performed from a seated position, with the back stably supported against an ergonomically shaped backrest. By grasping the handles and guiding them toward the center of the body, a characteristic Pec Fly movement is performed, allowing for focused effort and strong contraction of the chest muscles without performing a classic press.

The construction of the moving arms allows for a guided and controlled path throughout each repetition. The user's stable position and back support contribute to proper body alignment, while available adjustments allow for customization of the starting position and more comfortable use for different trainees.

A selectorized weight stack system allows for quick and simple adjustment of the working weight. Changing the load without adding or removing plates is particularly practical in professional and commercial gyms, where the machine is used throughout the day by a large number of trainees with varying levels of physical fitness.

A robust construction, stable base, high-quality components, and a functional lever system provide the reliability and stability required for intensive daily use. The Pec Fly chest machine represents an important part of the upper-body training zone and an excellent supplement to various types of chest presses.

As part of the Apollon Fitness professional fitness equipment range, this chest machine – Pec Fly represents a combination of ergonomics, stability, functionality, durability, and premium quality. It is suitable for professional and commercial gyms, fitness centers, hotel gyms, and other professional training spaces.
