Sprava za leđa – Lat mašina | Apollon Fitness

APOLLON Lat Pulldown by Apollon Fitness Vantis is a professional back machine designed for performing seated pulldowns, with a primary focus on developing the latissimus dorsi muscles, or the wide back muscles. During the movement, the biceps, rhomboids, trapezius, and rear deltoids are also engaged, making this machine an essential part of upper back training.

The high-leverage construction allows for the Lat Pulldown movement by pulling the handles from an overhead position toward the body. The seated position and leg supports help stabilize the user, allowing for better body control and directing the load onto the target back muscles.

A special advantage of this model is the independent levers for the left and right arm, which allow for simultaneous or unilateral exercise execution. Independent lever movement offers the possibility of training each side separately and contributes to better movement control and even development of the back musculature.

Ergonomically shaped handles allow for a firm and stable grip during the pull. The combination of handle positions, seated position, and independent lever movement provides a functional alternative to the classic cable lat pulldown machine.

The machine uses a plate-loaded resistance system, which allows for easy intensity adjustment by adding weight plates to the designated pegs. This system enables progressive overload and is suitable for both muscle mass training and back strength development.

Adjustable seat and upholstered leg supports allow the position to be customized for different users. Stabilization of the lower body is especially important when working with heavier loads, as it helps the user maintain proper form throughout the entire pull.

Robust construction, a wide stable base, and a high-quality lever system make this Lat Pulldown machine suitable for intensive daily use. Additional integrated weight plate storage pegs contribute to the practical organization of the space around the machine.

As part of the professional Apollon Fitness line, this plate-loaded back machine is an excellent choice for professional and commercial gyms, fitness centers, hotel gyms, and other professional training spaces where functionality, stability, and training quality are paramount.
